Make sure you are using SP1 for CR I know nothing about Crystal Reports, but I did notice this in your post: As you stated the issue is only with the report.
Should install the 64 bit runtimes. My problem is that these crystal report print dialogue does not pop up in 64 bit machines. It comes crvs05s1p.exe both a 32 and 64 bit version, but is only supported with one version installed.

The Jet provider is strictly a 32 bit engine and is old as the hills. I dont use CR, but I am sure they have some type of email support. Better understand the signs that your business has outgrown its current database.
